Onsite Services:

VBS understands that on-site physical presence and boots on the ground is sometimes critical to your environment running smoothly. VBS considers on-site visits to be part of our Managed Services and part of our routine visits. VBS techs observe all your house rules.

For the server room: it is within our scope to visit your site and have a look at all the equipment in person and determine whether all things are operating normally. If something is found, it will be flagged for review.

​

For the floor: sometimes the users need a hand setting up a docking station or that 2nd or 3rd monitor. VBS techs can assist with that.​
